Meet Dr. Monee Dulay, DACM, AEMP

Dr. Monee Dulay is a nationally board certified Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Washington licensed acupuncturist and East Asian Medicine Practitioner, and comprehensively certified Pilates instructor. Her specialties are esthetics/natural beauty, women’s health, pain management, and sports performance.

Inspired by her own health journey starting as a teenager, Dr. Monee is passionate about creating individualized treatments for her clients to help them look and feel their best, naturally. Rooted Flow Wellness was founded by Dr. Monee to provide personalized holistic care for people to find optimized health and empowerment. Her clinical experience includes athletic optimization and recovery, facial rejuvenation, fertility and pregnancy support, mental and emotional health, stress reduction, women’s health, digestive issues, and sleep disturbances.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Monee enjoys being outdoors, hiking, spending time with her family, dancing, and doing as well as teaching Pilates.
